Shipping & Return Policy for Mohini Threads

Welcome to Mohini Threads! We are committed to delivering your beautiful ethnic wear and apparel safely and on time. Please read our Shipping and Return policies carefully to understand our processes.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value above ₹1,499 .

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and the courier partner's details. You can use this link to track your package's journey.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Mohini Threads is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.

2. The 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Mohini Threads! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Innerwear or intimate apparel.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at mohini.sarii@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and share a Return Authorization and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

  3. Ship it Back: Pack the items securely. Depending on your pin code, we may arrange a reverse pickup

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund transfer, or issue store credit based on your preference.
